I can't keep a secret....

OK so I bought Bob the cutest father's day gift... He and Jackson matching ties. But I am such a loser and can't keep in a secret!! Of course, the day they came in the mail I had to open it up and show him. I guess I should wait and buy things last minute because I get way too excited.

I wish I would have taken a picture of my cute boys at church on Sunday, but this one from the website will have to do.

Last week's projects....

Last week I made a wipes cover and two diaper cases. I am not sure if I will keep diapers in the cases or just use them to organize toys in the diaper bag but I saw the tutorial and thought it was super cute!!! For directions, go to this great site.

Jackson is growing too fast!!!

Today was Jackson's first day of nursery!!! Where did my baby go?! I can't believe he is 18 months already. He was super excited to go in a play with his friends and toys. I stayed for about 5 minutes and then when I left I could hear him start to cry. He cried for about a minute or two and then was fine for the next 2 hours. Ahhhh. It was so nice to just sit and enjoy church! Of course Bob, Kim, and I each took turns going and peeking and making sure he was happy and having fun.

Jackson loves to wear Bob's hat! He puts it on and just runs around thinking he is so funny. What a little stud!!!

Video of Jack wearing the hat. FYI when you ask Jackson to say "love you" he does not say it anymore he just tilts his head to one side. Not sure why. I must tilt my head when I say love you or something?!?

He has started to love TV. I am in trouble!! It is sooo tempting to just turn the TV on. He and Bob love to watch Phineas and Ferb (Disney Channel). Kim found Jackson a Ferb doll and later we found Phineas. He loves them!



Last week Kim and Ang had a baby shower for me. It was super fun and thank you to everyone that came!!! Brynlee got hooked up with some super cute outfits!!! One of Brynlee's gifts had a cute pink monkey. Jackson loves monkeys and has been playing with it everday. After I cleaned Brynlee's carseat I put his pink monkey in there and he loves it! He gives her kisses and talks baby talk to her. Just practicing for his little sister I guess.



I will have to teach him that when it's Brynlee in there he can't share his juice and snacks.




My parents come on Wednesday so I have been told that I can go into labor anytime after they fly in. I go to the Dr. again on Thursday but last week I was dialated to 1 1/2 and 40% effaced. Really, it does not mean much but with Jackson I was still a big zero 4 days after my due date so I am happy!

Out of Africa

So far we have had a great Memorial Day Weekend!! Bob got off work Friday about 11 and so it has already felt like a long weekend. On Saturday we went with Bob's parents for a drive up North and went to Out of Africa. We really enjoyed the Tiger splash show and the Serengeti Safari. My parents took a trip to Africa a few months ago and we have not seen them yet so it got us pretty excited to see pictures and hear about their trip!!

I will admit that these first few pictures my father in law took. He is definitely a much better photographer and has a much nicer camera than I do :)

The pregnant zebra and I bonded...poor thing is going to be pregnant 13 months!

Tomorrow we BBQ at my sister Angela's house with our fun cousins Monica & Brian and their family from Washington and my Uncle Gene. Should be a great Memorial Day!!!

Happy 5 Year Anniversary

On May 1st Bob and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary...time flies!!! We went to a movie and then met some friends at a Teppanyaki restaurant for dinner. It was delicious!!! These last 5 years have absolutely been the best years of my life! To many, many more.

It is really starting to get hot here in AZ so we have spent most of our outside time swimming or playing in the water.

Just under 3 weeks until my due date....we can't wait to meet you Brynlee!!!
